Our London office at 20 Fenchurch Street is one of the most sustainable buildings of its type in London.

It holds one of the UK's largest living wall, providing a much-needed plant and ecosystem, an important habitat for nesting birds, and valuable green infrastructure.

From January 2019, Liberty stopped the usage of disposable plastic cups in our tea points. Instead, we invested in giving staff a collapsible, re-usable water bottle, offering a sustainable outcome. This transition means that in the year, we have saved:

320,000 cups

in the year

We have also sent these water bottles to other offices across LSM.

Our London office building uses Low zero carbon (LTC) technologies. Roof mounted solar PV (photo voltaic) panels are predicted to generate 27, 300 kWh of electricity per year.

In our other offices, we are generally a small-medium sized occupier in a multi-tenant building. We work with building managers and other tenants where possible to reduce our carbon footprint.

Across LSM, we are working to reduce paper usage
